Initial Consultation $35060 Minutes. Select this option if it is your first consultation. The initial consultation is your comprehensive first appointment which includes a holistic assessment of your condition(s) to determine the causes that may be contributing to the symptoms, request labs and testing, and if appropriate, set up initial recommendations or treatment. Please note that some recommendations may depend on results of labs or testing, and if so, the treatment plan will be established during a follow up consultation.
- Follow Up Consultation $175
30 Minutes. *Available only to returning clients. During a follow up consultation, we will review labs, testing, and effects of prior treatment recommendations. New treatment recommendations will be discussed, adjustments may be made to prior treatments, or follow up labs or monitoring may be requested.
The Process:
1. Please request an appointment through the Calendar on the Appointments Page. You will be asked to prepay for the appointment during registration through the calendar.
2. You will receive a confirmation once we have approved the appointment request, or if we have multiple requests for the same spot, we may deny the request and ask you to choose another appointment time.
3. Once the appointment is approved, you will receive an invitation to our secure consultation platform to create an account, which is where you must fill out your consent forms and questionnaire prior to your appointment time.
